Key Benefits to Participants
Participants will:

• Gain a deeper understanding managing a west coast style dairy.
• Develop important hands-on cow skills.
• Create a network of contacts in which participants can build their career.

Program 
Participants work in the day to day operations of the dairy.  In addition to the basic cow and dairy operations skills, program participants will have the opportunity to learn more about employee relations and large-herd management.

Results
Four program graduates have been hired after their internship. 

My internship experience was a huge success! I learned a lot through valuable, hands-on experience. I loved seeing so many different aspects of a large-scale dairy and the people that I was able to work with were great!
