Key Benefits to Participants
Participants will:

• Gain a deeper understanding managing a west coast style dairy.
• Develop important hands-on cow skills.
• Create a network of contacts in which participants can build their career.

Program 
Participants work in the day to day operations of the dairy. There are eight skills modules that are experienced throughout the two month program.   In addition to the basic cow and dairy operations skills, program participants will have the opportunity to learn more about employee relations and large-herd management.
